私の手帳術。見返すのが楽しくなるような手帳にする。

今週のお題「わたしの手帳術」

そろそろ手帳買い替えの時期なので。紹介してみる。

手帳を書くのが面倒だ、と思う人ほど向いている方法を紹介する。とにかく手帳の見た目にこだわる、適当に書くようにする。そんなイメージで書いている。

2020年の手帳はこれです。

大学の勉強用

予定帳

①とにかく見た目で選ぶ。

昨日PLAZAで買った手帳。ちょっと大きめでメモ欄充実。中身もカラフルで可愛い。ビジネスっていうより学生が使そうなかんじ。パーティーの予定とかも書けるんやけど日本にそんなんない。なんでも良いけどウィークリーの土日の欄書くところ小さいね。現地の人は仕事ではなく土日はパーティーなのかな偏見かな… #PLAZA #手帳 #海外 #仕事 #勉強頑張る #文具 #キラキラ #可愛い #岡山一番街

②目標の人の切り抜きでデコる。

目標の人を定期的に見返すことができるため、やる気が出る。

③午前・午後で予定をざっくり分ける。

ウィークリーのページの真ん中に線を引いて、午前午後の予定を分けている。きっちり時系列で書くタイプのものは、几帳面ではないので向かなかった。

④夢や目標を最初のページに書く。

裏表紙が空白だったので、目標を書いた。大きな目標を書いた後、達成するための小さな目標をいくつか書く。達成できたらチェック☑を入れる。

私の例)夢はWebライター！

①クラウドソーシングのタスクを100個完了させる！

②継続案件で月○万稼ぐ！

③ブログを○年続ける！

④コラムライターになる！

簡単なものから書いていって、達成すると良いだろう。

⑤メモ欄は日記帳にする。

日記帳を買って、付け始めた。オラクルカードっていう占いのカードが付いてくるんだけど、FORGIVENESS(許し)が出た。自分に対して寛容になるべきらしい。合ってる…？かも。まあなんか可愛いカードと日記帳でやる気でる。コツコツ日記付けよ。#オラクルカード#占い#日記#日記帳

日記は心が落ち着かないときに、特によく書く。ストレスを整理するためには、書きたいことを書き殴ると意外と良い。嫌になったら消せるよう、フリクションなど消せるペンで書くことが多い。手帳を見返したくない、ということがないようにするためだ。

A notebook I bought at PLAZA yesterday. It is a little big and the memo column is full. The contents are also colorful and cute. I think that students are likely to use it rather than business. Being able to look back at the target person regularly makes me motivated.

3 Divide the schedule roughly in the morning and afternoon.

A line is drawn in the middle of the weekly page to separate morning and afternoon appointments. The type written exactly in time series was not suitable because it is not a screen.
4 Write dreams and goals on the first page.

Since the back cover was blank, I wrote a goal. After writing a big goal, write some small goals to achieve. If you can achieve it, put a check bag.
My example) dream is a web writer!
Complete 100 crowdsourcing tasks!
2 Earn monthly income for 2 consecutive items!
Continue 3 blogs for ○ years!
Become a 4 column writer!

It is good to write from the simple things and achieve.

5 Make notes in the diary.

I bought a diary and started putting it on. It comes with a fortune telling card called an oracle card, but FORGIVENESS has been issued. It seems that you should be tolerant to yourself. Matches…? maybe. I am motivated with something pretty cute cards and a diary. I’ll make a tipping diary. # Oracle card # horoscope # diary # diary
Diaries write especially well when the mind is not comfortable. In order to organize stress, it is surprisingly good to write down what you want to write. I often write with a pen that can erase friction, etc. so that I can erase it when I hate it. This is to ensure that you do not want to look back at your notebook.
